Ranking of the world's top ten LCD TV brands

IHS Technology announced the world’s top ten LCD TV brands, and Samsung ranked first with shipments of 48.1 million units. Samsung and LG continued to rank first and second, and five Chinese brands entered the list, namely Hisense, TCL, Skyworth, Haier, and Changhong. Among them, Hisense jumped to third place, and Skyworth also surpassed Sony, with a 72.8% share of the top ten brands.

The global shipments of LCD TVs show that the main battlefield of the TV market at this stage is still LCD TVs, and quantum dot technology is an important manifestation of the progress of LCD displays. Compared with the LED backlight, the quantum dot image quality engine can make full use of the color expressiveness of the high color gamut screen, restore the source color, and can effectively reduce the excessive blue light, making the picture more delicate and richer.
